I want to revamp our school teachings, I think we should have a nature and a brain class,taught to the children between kindergarten up to graduation. It should teach how to deal with our emotions,illness,power of...mindfulness, grounding meditations so kids aren't so scattered, and nature class should teach all that is outside,how to live of grid,Eco friendly,gardening,cultivating ect...its time for a change, mental illness is on a rise, but teaching instead of confusing is a big step towards a good future for all.
