Very valid point is made. More money spent on upgrading our own city. There will be more money spent in our city helping our local economy

I love the thought of kids having place to skate and not feel like they are trespassing and have a spot that they can enjoy themselves

Are skate park is decent but we definitely need a new one it gets flooded super fast the coping is coming off and the ground is like razor blades when you fall and a lot of people fal you can only imagine how many peoples backs look like raw meat from that place quite building things we don't need and help the community with a new park you guys don't want us skating on your property and damaging it then build up a park we can actually have fun at!

Ogden has really taken the lead in outdoor sports recently. It is time for a world class skatepark to join the world class skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, and mountain bike facilities in Ogden.

This is a huge need for all of those commited to the sport and would be great contribution to the city.

I feel the skate park needs to be modified or updated due to the fact that it is starting to erode and crack. Ogden skateboarders deserve better, their are skateboarders who have pro potential but must go to another city in Utah because the one in ogden is just not satisfing their needs. Please take this into deep consideration and thank you.

An ideal way to fund it would be through RAMP tax paired with a local business to help raise money. North Ogden and Ogden city currently both have parks (and both are outdated) but South Ogden would be a better location for a "new" skatepark

Ogden is past due on an updated skatepark. Just like playground equipment needs to be updated and maintained, so does the skatepark. The kids I have met there are very respectable of their skatepark and are rapidly improving. It would be a shame not to see them rolling around on a more advanced park in their home town. Good luck with the next valuable steps to getting this park updated!
