I've enjoyed this park for over ten years. The park has aged and grown weathered over that time, that accompanied by the changing nature of skateboarding denotes a necessary update to this valuable public facility. Kids who play basketball use courts that are easily kept more up to date, soccer players have fresh feilds, and football players are given entire stadiums. We as skateboarders are forgotten year after year, forced to use same aging concrete surface as it cracks and becomes hazardous. A park renovation and addition has been overdue for a long time. We're citizens of a beautiful, expanding city, and we deserve to grow alongside with this unique piece of Utah.

We need more parks in Ogden. I'm sick and tired of going to the skatepark when it's full, or unable to skate because of the condition.

This would be so tight to have. Anything to make skateboarding fun, and not have any reason to not go because there is so many people. NO BIKES.

The skatepark is really difficult to skate now, it would be great remodel and/or at least add new obstacles. Local skaters would be more than grateful to have the skate park improved. We'd do anything to get a decent place to skate down here.

there needs to be a new hopefully bigger skatepark, the skatepark there is now is so tiny and dangerous but everyone takes there kids there and they get ran over because the space is too small and you really can get going fast in there

I don't skate but I know how much skateboarding means to these guys. A lot of my cousins skate and I know how much they love it. A new skate park would be wonderful if it means they can continue doing what they love.
