We the Members of the SACS Old Boys' Union wish the Committee to improve communication with the Membership and restructure accordingly. We would like the following amendments made to the SACS OBU Constitution as soon as possible: 1. Management The OBU shall be managed by a Committee and by its Hon. Secretary, all of whom, together with its Trustees, are required to be Full Members of the OBU. The OBU shall have a President, a Chairman, a Hon. Treasurer and Hon. Secretary who shall all be members of the Committee. 2. The Annual Report and Accounts is to be sent via e-mail to the entire Membership along with the Agenda for the General Meeting, no less than 21 days prior to the meeting. 3. The minutes of all Committee meetings to be added to a secure section the OBU website for all Members to see. For and on behalf of the SACS OBU Membership.
