Due to FirstService Residential’s continuous lack of professional communication, consistency, transparency and the lack of trust the community has for FSR, we would like to formally petition for FSR to no longer be our communities Property Management company.
They only accomplish tasks when members of the community make multiple requests, or file complaints. They do not answer questions to the communities satisfaction and currently have an “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have multiple unresolved or unanswered cases with the BBB to include 2 which are billing issues and one that is problems with service.
Their wasteful use of the HOA’s dues has not gone unnoticed.
We the members of the community want to have a Management company that we can trust to provide services to our community.

I have been reviewing the detailed accounts of mismanagement that many of you continue to submit. The current situation requires persistent documentation to ensure our concerns are properly addressed during the upcoming board review.

Get a management company that at least pretends to care about our concerns.. Current company is a joke.
Still have not done anything with the erosion of the greenbelt behind my house. My fence post is getting eroded away every heavy rain.
I sign this to petition that FirstService REsidential to be removed as HOA. We have lived here going on 3 yrs. And they show lack of doing anything for us homeowners. Was told when bought property that our back fence along FM471 was HOA and they were to place the brick post and fence but never did so company that does fence for our subdivision did it for us. Back entrace wall has been damage for months and still not rebuilded. Dead trees at back entrance never replaced.
I am requesting a change in the property management for Waterford Park to a company that it's not affiliated with our neighborhood/builders, that will effectively communicate, that will enforce no solicitation, that will be financially transparent with all expenditures and morally responsible in all endeavors.
Been loving here for more then 1 year and they haven't don't the landscaping around me house, witch I was told was going to be done with it 6 months after I move in. I have try to contact them without a answer

We fully support the eradication of our current HOA company, First Service Residential. We are highly dissatisfied with their service both personally and professionally. Our experience with FSR has been underwhelming! They are not here for our community, they are here for themselves. We want your company replaced immediately!!
