A one company monopoly creates high rates at the companies will since there is no other alternative. Competition gives the consumers a choice.

please bring in competition. Cable TV worst customer service ever and quality of service not good either. They have a monopoly and that is why they could care less about the customer

My zip code is 36867. AT&T does not service this area. My only option for Internet service is through Dish (which I've been told is horrible) CTVEA or Verizon. I have cable through Dish so that leaves Verizon.

I've had their service at one time and am glad to be in Columbus Ga now because I do have a choice in the service I receive.
