This decision makes no sense for the people of New Mexico. We will now face additional financial hardship and this is a total disregard for job opportunity and strengthening of the future of the State.

NM needs to be on the road to progress. The PRC should recognize and support that, not take actions that threaten such large economic losses.

PNM is making a reasonable request, considering both the environment and the State's economy.

Why would the PRC choose to reject PNM's request? Is the issue political or is about tangible reasons one for PNM's request and one for PRC's reasons to reject the request? I'd like to hear the answers to these questions.

As a Bernalillo County Commissioner, I recognize the importance of jobs anywhere in our state. Abundant, available, and affordable energy is the foundation not only for keeping jobs in the Four Corners, but for creating jobs in Bernalillo County and throughout the state.

The NMPRC continues to hamper this states ability to grow and prosper, I wish the folks in Santa Fe would get on board to move the state forward and not back.

The New Mexico economy cannot stand any cuts right now so this is not the time to reject PNM's request for certification of the San Juan Unit 4. PRC, please accept PNM's request!

Please grant PNM's request for CCN. NM loses far too many people. Let's keep jobs in state. And do what we can to keep energy bills at a lower cost.
