Hi Shawn, Thank you for your concern in this matter but Im afraid all of your advice to these tenants doesnt hold water in this situation. The disgruntled tenants (and majority of supporters) are people with numerous lease violations and believe that management should not enforce community rules upon them. For some reason they believe that the rules dont apply to them. The new owners clearly announced who they are and have a representitive in the park almost weekly. We are actually cleaning up the place and enforcing rules that were allowed to be broken under the previous owners and this doesnt sit well with some people. Ironically the same tenant posting this petition has been helped by management on numerous occasions. When he was told to remove a rotting deck structure for safety concerns I personally gave him a deck from an abandoned home to use. An issue started when we found that non tenant family members were staying in the home a notice of lease violation was served. One of these family members being a known sex offender against small children (documented) is not permissable at all. (I am also a mother of young children living on site). If anyone cares to film what is going on in our community please feel free to do so as this will only document all of our cleanup efforts and new homes arriving. I am fair, honest, and completely legit with nothing to hide. Maybe you should come visit our community before signing dishonest and slanderous petitions.

Yeah I tired talk to owner but they didn't want listen they was taking her side kinda. Like they don't believe me. Now she called Dcfs on me saying I got 10 days move and other lies . Like said I leave my 2 year old kid home alone. Wtf that's all crazy and lie. I hope get what she deserves. Right now this not far

I am signing this petition define regards into helping this person get this super removed as you can clearly tell she has made comments in here in full detail about supposed drug dealers and drug users but yet has done nothing about it. I had a similar situation with Green acres Mobile home Park in Carbondale several years back. And now that mobile home park is nothing but a ghost Shell that the city has to clean up because I contacted the better business bureau and reported all the situations along with pictures and video footage of how the owners and management maintain the whole entire properties and how they treated their tenants I'm here to guide Angie help this person who made this petition to help get these people removed and get either better management or the trailer park shut down. 1.so future reference start using your phones and record everything that is happening how the management treats the tenants if they are treating them badly get evidence of it. 2. Go to the circuit clerk's Office and find out who the owner of the trailer park is. It is public domain for a tenant to know who owns the mobile home park. 3. Once you're found out who exactly owns the mobile home park send all footage and pictures to the owners of the mobile home park and explain the situation to them of what's going on a camera does not lie is the greatest weapon to put someone in their place. 4.if the owners do not do something about it after you have sent the evidence to them contact the better business bureau and file a report it is federal it is your federal right to make sure you have a calm and peaceful living experience in a rental facility that is owned by people who hire supposed friendly managers as you can clearly tell in the comments there is not. 5. Also contact the state's attorney's office and district attorney I give all evidence to them as well something will get done either they will be escorted off of the property because they are fired or the better business

I'm only signed this because of the comments. I feel and I know my opinion doesn't matter here but the manager should be mature in this situation and not be commenting some of the things that were commented. I know people have the right to defend themselves but in a situation like this I think it's unproductive. Seems to know to much about people and their activities and what bothers me about this is the responsibility a person has in a position of authority to report these activities and that hasn't been done. There's some disturbing details in what's been said here. It's not making anyone look good. The best thing to do is to stop trolling this thing and just keep quiet because it's not helping.
