New Location for Casper College Veterans Center

This would be a wonderful change from closing at 4.

I think this would be good for the Club if we can be in a more localized location. Hopefully with the same amenities.

I agree with this petition. I do believe if the Veterans Center was in a more centrally location, it would be utilized by more veterans and non-veterans. Thank you.

I do not live in the local area and take my classes online. As a veteran I would say that making something more visible would indeed attract more patrons.

I think if we were more centrally located on campus it would be easier for fellow veterans and their families to find and use the facilities that we offer. Where we are located now in the bottom of the library...it is hard for people to find the center. It was great several years ago when the Commons/Galley was located next to the library and bookstore-rec area in Strauser Hall.

I feel that if we had an easier accessibility and better parking for a lot of the vets, to include a more central location on campus would help the vet center accommodate the vets and dependence significantly and boost the moral of the military affiliated students.

Relocating the Vet Center to a more central location will bring more attention to it and will increase knowledge of the Vet Center to students whether they're vets or not. The current location does not do this, and can even be a pain or a burden on those who want to go to it. I fully support bringing it to a different location that is more accessible to the student population.

A corner tucked away in the basement of the library is terrible. I never went to the Veteran's Center even when I was working at the Writing Center one building over due to it's location.

I believe that if it is made more visible to us Veterans it would be more beneficial to us. If it was not so tucked away in the backside of the library I think it would better user friendly. Thus, we as Veterans would be more willing to use it, get the help we need, be there for each other and have a comfortable place to go to study. Thanks for your time in this matter.

Because of the remote location, I never get to use the center like I want to. A more central location would be a better option for all of our student vets.

Any new location would be great to have 24 hour access.

We need visibility!

Going any further than the Gateway building is out of my way and very time consuming! I believe the gateway building would be a happy medium for everyone because of its location as well as abundance in parking!

All of my classes are in the wold science building. I never go to the veterans center because of how remote it is.
