We need more life guards and long hours to save our children life’s and our nearest and dearest at all beaches

I was thinking about the lack of beach patrol on the east side of the pier, particularly now it has been developed to be more accessible. Perhaps this is something which should be consider in addition.

We need permanent lifeguard presence in Clacton.

Any thing that could save lives has got to be worth doing

Strongly agree with a new Lifeguard Station which is urgently needed in Clacton after recent activities

Or at least a lifeguard hut along every few bits of the beach!

In light of the recent drowning tragedy of the young man - this would be a really sensible and possibly a life saver in the future
