We are Returning Rights to Refugees (RRR) and our intentions are to pass a new legislation that gives all refugees citizen rights. Statistics show that less than 2% of ALL refugees with rights will commit crimes. They are sitting ducks out there, just outside the borders of a country that they are hoping to be admitted to. Over 4.6 million Syrians are refugees. Over 6.6 million Syrians are displaced within their country, caught in the middle of a civil war. This petition is meant to grant them the rights of a human being.
