We all love our town of Snohomish for multiple reasons, for its small town feel, for its close knit community of friends who are more like family, and for the growth within our community that benefits our families and our children. In order for that growth to happen we need to make some changes to the NSLL Executive Board. We currently have 3 members who do not have children in the league and who do not have the best interest of the growth of the league. These 3 Executive Board Members do not follow the code of conduct, they are the judge and jury when it comes to others but they are never held accountable. There is absolutely zero transparency when it comes to financials as well as other aspects of the league. Not to mention the single most important issue, their conflicts of interest regarding select teams and top board member involvement. Lastly, discrimination against families who challenge them.

We personally have 4 young children who will play at NSLL for the next 10-15 years. We also have many friends who also have young children who will grow up playing within this Little League. We want the league to be successful, we want the league to grow in baseball and softball for all children who want to play the sport. Most importantly we want the league to run properly, efficiently, and effectively to ensure a positive experience for all. During the past 5 years we personally have experienced many negative events and issues that should have never happened. We have listened over the past 5 years to our community about their frustrations and negative experiences with NSLL and who have left to play ball elsewhere. We feel the board needs new leadership in order to grow, be successful, and give this community what it needs for our children.
