Allow baseball/softball to be played in New Jersey

The regular seasonal flu is more contagious and harmful to kids than the coronavirus. And we don't shut down outdoor little league baseball for the flu. 61,000 deaths last season from regular influenza. And the year before that too. 50% of all covid deaths are people in nursing homes.

Baseball should be played this summer. At each tournament their should disinfecting of baseball before each game.

We need baseball!

Please allow the youth to have some fun. It can be modified to be safe and if golfers can be out there so should baseball. For some kids it's all they have to look forward to.

Kids need normalcy back

We can have hand sanitizers and clorox wipes for the players on the field and off the field. Coaches assistance can make sure every childs equipment is cleaned off before and after use of each play. players can wear masks, concession stands can be closed, parents can bring their own lawn chairs with the social distancing. Do not take this away from the children.
