We would love a middle and high school to be built on the donated land by palisades park elementary. We often think about moving to fort mill because of this school issue.

We have had several friend in recent years sell their homes and move a couple miles down the road because they had children entering high school. Since 1998 we have had several elementary schools open but no middle or high schools.

Hi, Just receiving this petition. The only comment is that the housing numbers are going to be much greater than anyone is thinking. Palisades plus many surrounding neighborhoods has thousands of homes in planning but not yet built. The new Elementary is already at capacity as a signal for our planners. A middle and High School is badly needed and has been needed for quite some time. Funded plans should have already been in the works but they are not. Let me know how I can help. I have thousands on our mailing lists. I can distribute this petition if that would help.

I grew up in Charlotte, Class of 1968 Olympic High School. This area is growing and demands a new high school.
