On July 18, 2013 New Hampshire ratified the requirements for Non-resident Concealed Carry License (CCL) to require a permit from ones home state. Saf-c 2102.03(b) No nonresident license shall be issued unless the applicant provides a copy of the applicant’s resident state license, or unless the applicant displays, for verification, a resident state license. NJ residents can not meet this requirement as NJ is a May Issue state and refuses to issue permits to it's citizens.

This Petition has been created to remove the Home State CCL requirement.
