The distance is not only far for walking, it is dangerous. This needs to be re-evaluated for the safety of students.

Speeding traffic in the vicinity of the HS is a big safety issue. Students should not have to walk to school crossing major streets.

We are 1.4 miles from Highschool and my child should also get get the bus that she doesn’t right now.

Fought this battle 8 years ago when my daughter was a freshman. Good luck.

The intersections are dangerous and multiple people have died crossing near the stadium. Please consider a bus route as a safer way for students to attend school.

Any way we can get our children safely to and from school with less cars on the road, in my opinion is a smart idea! Please consider adding the extra bus route!

An increase of school age children in this area over the last several years, certainly warrants this.

For the safety of our high school children please consider adding this route.

The raising of the bridge on Cherry Valley increases the danger even more More high speed commercial traffic and large trucks that do not know the village and it’s speed limits

In addition to the reasons cited above, raising the bridge on Rockaway Ave has increased traffic on that street exponentially, further increasing the risk to our children.
