Ando's done really well considering he's been in and out of the team, come off the bench, played in a range of positions which are not his best. He's a real team player who has more quality than we have seen this season - well worth hanging on to.

Ando should definitely be rewarded with a new contract. The desire he has shown recently is excellent. Real hard working, and an overall good team player. Has the eye for goal, and the awareness to play through the strikers to claim an assist. I'll be unhappy if we don't offer him another contract.

Mick has done fantastically well at Ipswich so far but by far this is his biggest mistake as town boss. It's outrageous that he isn't being given a new contract, I genuinely can't think of a reason why he isn't getting one.

I was unsure at first but after his performances against Norwich I think he deserves another chance. He definately showed some fight and spirit!
