This concerns me greatly. I live on Wendy Drive toward the end of the cul de sac. My child has severe hearing loss. I worry for his safety when he rides his bike because he may not always hear a car coming towards him. We have purposefully stayed in the Carrollton development because having a home in a cul de sac makes me feel safer for my son. If it is no longer a cul de sac, there will be more traffic on my street and decrease the walkability of my street. This will decrease the safety for my child. I have lived in my home for 7 years and had planned to stay. I don’t want to move and uproot my family’s life, so I please ask for your consideration in maintaining the safety of our quiet neighborhood and do not ruin the security for so many in my neighborhood, myself included. Please contact me with any further questions or comments, Ariana Lawrence 631-223-5552

We have been living in the Carrollton development for 13 years and chose this development because of the privacy. This neighborhood is walkable and I have a peace of mind with my children riding their bikes and playing outside. With the addition of this new development, I do not feel like this would be the safe neighborhood that I chose to raise my children in. I am afraid of the traffic and unsafe environment that this would cause. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

There are several new subdivisions in our area already built or in process of being built. Another 200 homes on small lots increases the density too much, along with traffic and stress on the schools. Please deny the re-zoning request.

We already have three new subdivisions within a mile of our house. The area will not support much more as far as schools and traffic on our roads. They need to go somewhere else for a change.

I think this is way too many homes for this area, and I am totally against a connecting road to Wendy Dr. With the amount of families with children on Wendy Dr. it would not be safe.

Definitely against this many homes to be built on this acreage . Off Lacy Holt Rd.,
