Have you tried to called D or R's cell phone lately and had the call drop? Yes, Yes, Yes. I now it happens on any conversations when they are around or at their house.
It turns out Verizon Wireless doesn't work on their street and definitely not in their house (except for on speakphone in one place in the kitchen and then you will probably still get a dropped call).
Sign the Petition to ask them to switch carriers and get a service that work!
