As stakeholders in the East Lake Street neighborhood, we strongly believe that any new nightclub or entertainment venue in the vicinity of 27th Avenue S. and E. Lake Street would have an extremely negative impact on the livability of the neighborhood.

Additionally, it will detract from the positive image we are striving for on this important commercial corridor, thus hurting existing businesses.
