We, The people of the United States of America view that Bill O'reilly has proven to be a rascist, ignorant, neo-con, opportunist, loofah loving, pedophile and in order to save the world from this evil demon and stop his neocon agenda, we must neuter him. It would be a real danger to America and the rest of the world if Bill O'reilly reproduces, the only solution to this is to neuter him. Therefroe we demand that the Congress of the United States of America takes action to neuter Bill O'Reilly and tame him into a less harmful domesticated creature.
