What is frustrating is the lack of clarity in what is happening and the extent to which remedial actions are needed. The managerial effort should be to be proactive and address these concerns but often we get to know of remedial works after they have started - in fact quite late. As some one has pointed out earlier the buildings manager does not respond to emails . I have raised issues regarding parking / parking charges - in fact there is a guy who repairs two wheels in the parking lot commercially and they have not taken any action after having complained a month back. Even today he happily repairs them - uses cleaning solvents that are combustible and even paints them while the parking lot is not a suitable place to do any of these activities. It is quite obvious that the CCTV coverage is inadequate that did not pick this issue up for so long to identify these persons.

We don't want another Grenfell happening. The fact is that the work had been started more than 3 months and it is still ongoing? Either the defect is too huge to be remedied or the efficiency of the management company has a lot of rooms for improvement.

The level of ineptitude and disregard for residents safety is deeply worrying.

One of the residents holds a voice recording of her telephone conversation with a male worker who is in a senior position in network homes who has admitted the properties are not safe to be occupied by tenants and should never have been approved. I have encouraged her to release the recording to the press after listening to it as network homes are wrongly convincing tenants that we are safe to remain in our homes.

Will be seeking legal action if these terms are not met
