I'm all for a violent futuristic sticks to the comics show and pick some worthy actors to play the parts and do the research and read the graphic novels and follow the storyboards

Hi Netflix. Dredd was a fantastic film with extremely strong blunray and digital sales figures. The character inhabits a rich and varied world; with nearly 40 years of literature to draw upon. A well budgeted series would be VERY well received. However, for it to work Karl Urban MUST return as Dredd and indeed, Olivia Thirlman as Cassandra Anderson. They are integral to any success going forward. Please consider this or face a mandatory five stretch in an iso-cube. Creeps!

For me, a TV show would work even better than a movie:
Season one could be all about the daily grind of being a Judge in the big Meg, developing the characters of Dredd, Hershey, Anderson et all, maybe with some arcs based on stuff like Democracy, Rico, Tour of Duty and similar.
Second season could open the world out, Cursed Earth, the day the law died, Angel Gang etc.
Third series maybe Necropolis, after having sewn some seeds in the preceding seasons? The point being, there is so much great material to draw from and escalate upon from season to season.
Do it Netflix - a gritty sci-fi show like this could gain you a ton of subscribers, myself included

I want to see all the original actors back on set. Karl Urban & Olivia Thirlby are very awesome together. Would give me a reason to Netflix again to watch Dredd the series.
