Because I was really attached to the characters and it helped me to accept myself. I still watch it regularly because it's a kind of addiction. It was a real pleasure to follow the lives of so many different kind of women, all supportive of each other, linked by their "differences" affronting the difficulties of life and having lots of fun, emotional and moving moments. I'd like to have them back in my life! :)

it would be so nice to have it back when social media has made things as interactive as they are. would love to finally talk to others about this on a more global scale, which is one thing we didn't really have before. life-changing show for me and many others

There is no show like it! And right now, there’s nothing representing the lesbian community. Yes, there are shows with lesbian characters but not a showabout lesbians.

This show made my life as a teenager so much more bearable, and I want kids nowadays to be able to feel comforted that they're not the only lesbian in the world!

It was such an amazing and inspirational show. Showing LGBT youth that they are not alone and there is nothing wrong with who they are is just so important.

It was a great show. There is nothing on TV just now that represents our life and our world. Lesbians need more visibility.

I want the L Word back because it was the only show that I can relate to because everything that is on t.v. mainly has to do with heterosexual relationships. the passed month of watching this show changed many things in my life, such as it taught me how to deal with relationship issues better, it taught me things I didn't know, and it was the most entertaining thing I can watch.
