Maybe try a reboot with the same characters but at a younger age and tell their stories from there. Bette definitely has an interesting past as I can remember. The series could chronicle the times in their lives when they were just coming out or were maybe not as sure about their sexuality, or just maybe just how they were in their youth. Another idea could just be a new cast of fictional college lesbians figuring their lives and their sexuality out.

I'M A STRAIGHT GIRL WHO ABSOLUTELY LOVES THIS SHOW BECAUSE I CAN IDENTIFY WITH EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER. SINCE FINISHING THE SERIES, I ACTUALLY MISS THEM REGULARLY. WE NEED MORE SHOWS CENTERED WHOLLY AROUND REALISTIC, FLAWED, STRONG, BEAUTIFUL WOMEN.

When I was coming out the show made it a much easier process and I was able to relate to the characters plus it was just an amazing and inspiring show.
