I agree the ideas suggested are a great benefit to support the growth of the nest and implent further safety to the young children who attend with their families.

Kody has raised a number of important issues affecting the usability of The Nest as a safe and functional space.
As a mother of a now fast moving toddler myself I agree fully with these issues raised and the solutions she has suggested to rectify these issues.
My time at The Nest is not as enjoyable as it once was as now instead of connecting with other parents and playing with my child, I am constantly chasing and retrieving my child from the public atrium before she exits the automatic doors into a busy car park environment.
Please make The Nest safe for everyone.

I agree that the open doors present hazards to the small children attending The Nest, and I think that even an impermanent device (something similar to a baby gate) would even help the situation

Couldn’t agree more with Kody! Makes me stress for when my daughter does start walking as I see many parents stressfully running after their children to keep them safe in an environment that should already be safe.

I have the same concern as it is more risky for my autistic children in such an unsafe place

Fantastic proposal, this will encourage more parents to visit and enjoy socializing without continuously chasing their child out the door!
