The Neptune Pointe Hoa Board of Directors has continued to raise the HOA fees by 30 percent for the last several years. Our current HOA fees are $940 per year. I petition to lower the HOA fees for Neptune Pointe to $600 per year or $150 per quarter. What do we get for these current HOA fees. 1. Mowing of common areas 2. Electricity for the lighting, including street lights 3. Electricity for the gate 4. Telephone line for the gate 5. Waterway chemicals ??? 6. Roadway resurfacing 7. Fees for Greystone Management 8. Legal fees 9. Insurance We get no amenities. No pool, no clubhouse, no gym. Our Hoa fees are too high for no amenities except for a playground,volleyball court, and gate. We can petition to lower the Hoa fees. 2/3 of all voting members have to vote make a change in this association. It will take 2/3 or 120 homeowners to agree to reduce the HOA fees here.
