I am still reading each message about how your accounts were frozen without a single explanation from them. They think they can ignore us but your stories show exactly how much time and effort they have taken from us for nothing.

Seeing the momentum grow is vindicating because I know how many of us have been ignored by their team for too long. It feels good to know I am not the only one who feels cheated by my lost account.

i emailed support like 5 times about my password and they never even replied back trash site honestly
NEOPETS IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME I SPENT HOURS EVERY DAY JUST TO GET FROZEN WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG FIX YOUR GAME OR DELETE IT
my account got frozen for literally no reason i had so many rare items and they just took it all away those jerks at jumpstart dont know how to run a site
absolute garbage website everyone should quit playing right now
scammers everywhere and the site just lets them do it i lost my whole gallery because of their stupid security
