Background- Currently there aren’t any Nelliefield Homeowners representation on the the Nelliefield Property Owners Association Board of Directors and all positions are held by a single person.

Proposal for support- Remove the current Board of directors under Nelliefield Bylaws Article IV Section 4 and create a new Board of Directors under provisions allowed in Article III of the Nelliefield Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements as filed and amended with the Berkeley County SC, Register of Deeds office.
