I oppose these changes because of lack of infrastructure to support the increase in resident population and the possibility of property tax increase.

I Oppose it, poor planning, we need to think ahead about things like infrastructure, traffic and a bridge first before more multi-family units are even considered on the west side, if you re-zone they will build...

I am opposing to the change in zoning this is NOT fair to us homeowners that pay taxes and work hard to maintain our properties.

The traffic is horrendous and we are STILL waiting for another bridge. Adding multi family homes will create huge traffic problems here. Put in another bridge and maybe.

The city should not even consider adding multi family buildings in west Salem until they have built a bridge. We are already so over populated in west Salem. It is irresponsible to have more people come into this area. It has proven to be unsafe for EMS and fire to get to areas of west Salem in a timely manner not to mention to get people to the hospital with only one bridge. Fix the issues we already have before adding more!
