Please stop building in Traditions. It is becoming over developed and dramatically reducing the appeal of living in this community.

Traditions does NOT need any more townhomes, especially backed along that beautiful stretch of Traditions Grande Boulevard. It’s so pretty driving down that road & seeing the gorgeous stand of trees. The townhomes will directly impact the homes on Reservoir View Lane. Stop the build.

I agree with the petition in its entirety. Why not a park for the kids. Tons more space north for these developers to use.

Why take away from the beautiful neighborhood of Bridgewater and cause even more unnecessary crowding in the Traditions subdivision. There are already plenty of townhomes in the subdivision.

Don’t overcrowd this neighborhood we moved in because of the green landscape and awesome views. We will move if this happens. Do the the right thing Town of WF

Building townhomes on that small strip of land is a terrible idea. Not only has the developer provided false information to the public, they also continue to take away from the beauty of Traditions (less trees and preserved land). The current traditions website (that is advertised to any interested person) shows that area as “future commercial development.” This is false advertisement. The people who live in the Bridgewater area will also have townhomes, driveways, and car lights in their backyard. This significantly takes away from the value of their homes.
