This is a walking community with a tiny 2 lane Granny White and the interchange clearly need to be done on a 4 lane road such as 8th Ave.

Would not be good for our walking neighborhood. Lived here 26 years and now is our time to enjoy what is now built. No more cars are needed in this area!

The side streets off of 21st, Belmont, and 12Ave South/Granny White are already dangerous with cars using them as a pass through and going very fast. The traffic in this neighborhood has become horrible.

An exit for 12th ave is unreadable. The traffic count in the neighborhood is already at dangerous levels for the people who live in this area.

I support this petition and ask the Metro Planning Commission to accept the removal of the 440 interchange from the Green Hills-Midtown Community Plan.

The property where a exit would be built is a natural spring watershed that must be preserved. In addition, I was born and raised in this neighborhood. I440 took my parent's home and my grandparent's. After these two devistating losses, a promise was made to our family that there would not be an exit built. We must live by our word! Put the exit at Franklin Road.
