1412 Bailey. There are several homes already on this street. This will be another one and I am afraid that the beighborhood and street wi soon be known just for this. Many people have worked for yeRs to make Highland Park a safer place to live. There are many young families who may finally give up their fight as more and more set backs occur in the neighborhood.

We are a single family residence living at 1509 Chamberlain Ave. Our neighborhood already hosts many group homes and I believe we've reached a saturation point where it works against our efforts to make Highland Park a neighborhood of choice. We need a moratorium on this type of residence until Highland Park has a chance to grow into a stronger neighborhood.
