This has been an ongoing problem for a long time. I have called CSX myself, only to be told that there is nothing they can do. We need to find resolve this.

This is a real hazard and should be eliminated. CSX should be held accountable. Maybe pay fines for blockage and/or slow trains, like we have to paid if caught speeding or not parking properly.

It's time for a change. Emergency crews shouldn't have to detour to get to someone in a medical emergency.

This is especially dangerous when road work or track work is being done between the tracks and St Joe Ave.

the other day I saw 1 fire truck and a fire rescue vehicle a ambulance an a sheriff have to turn around an go up the hill and go all the way around by the city dump to get to mill creek . when the train finally passed I saw them all 1 block away an thought I hope it wasn't life threatening . if it was some one could have died .

My son has alot of health issues and the train blocking the road is ridiculous. There have been many times that an Ambulance or Fire Truck has had to go around due to this ongoing situation. It just happened last week.

There are a lot of people in my area of Mill Creek that are affected by these tracks. Please consider emergency crews and the delays they face every day here. This could be a matter of life or death
