This was originally zoned for non-commercial activity. There is no need in the community for this business development as it will only significantly create more traffic and denigrate the value of all other private and commercial property in the area.

Do we really need another grocery store in this area?

Another grocery store! Why? And other stores when Park Place is yet to be built out as it is. There is no shortage of shopping opportunities within a few miles!

I'm sooooo disappointed in Cary's zoning. There seems to be a commercial development on every corner. We moved to this section of Cary because of the woods surrounding us. Do we have to relocate? It sure wouldn't be in Cary!

Stop building "in" our neighborhoods. Cary needs to pull back.

It is totally unnecessary to have another supermarket at that intersection. We don't need more stores in the area. The huge development at Parkside Commons is underused. 55 is also very close by and would be a more appropriate location for future commercial development. Save the trees and the wildlife that call the property home! Protect the quality of life in nearby neighborhoods!

I am opposed to the Publix coming to Green Level and Carpenter Fire Station Road. We already have a Harris Teeter in that area and 3 other Harris Teeter's within 5 miles of that area. I just don't see the need for this type of store/development.

This area has enough shopping venues and there is no need for another so close. Traffic concerns also.

We don't need any grocery stores in the area. This would repeat the same mistake of WALGREENS right across from CVS!!!makes no sense. We need more unique stores , local coffee shops and breakfast/ brunch restaurants.

We don't need another big box store. Keep commercial development on NC 55 not in residential areas.

It is absurd to bring so much traffic into a residential community. The Cary Town Council should show its support for sensible urban places and stop rubber-stamping big box developments. This rezoning measure should be voted down.

What happen to the original zoning for this area? Not happy with what is happening to this area.
