Various homeowners adjacent to the intersection of Manana St. & Cassidy St. in Fort Worth, TX have pooled money together to provide a quality basketball goal for the enjoyment of youth in the area. The basektball goal in question is kept in good working condition, with neat appearance and functionality and is positioned out of the right-of-way of vehicular traffic in a culdesac corner. The basketball goal is a healthy alternative for youth to frequently exercise, learn valuable life and athletic skills and serves as a gathering spot and source of community bonding.

Based on the above, the following signors to this document hereby petition the Heritage Homeowner's Association to cease it's enforcement of the bylaw infraction levied against 8904 Manana St. stating that a basketball goal cannot be kept in open view of the general public during non-use hours.
