Sub: Negligence towards kids observed
We (parents of KRM students, paschim vihar) would like to bring out the few concerns we have regarding our children.
1) It has been observed by many parents that kids are left unattended during their arrival and departure time due to insufficient number of staff available on duty.
2) We have seen maids and teachers entering the school till 8:15.They should all be in the school maximum by 7:45(before the kids) to ensure safety of kids.
3) Many kids are complaining that they go alone to washrooms or to drink water.There are no maids to accompany them.
4) we parents, have observed that most of the kids come out with dirty clothes and even their faces are not properly cleaned up after lunch.
5) It seems that staff is not properly trained or may be not professional enough as we have noticed maids pulling the children with their collars.( Though it was not a hard pull but being parents it hurts a lot coz we are sending our kids not animals)
6) We recommend that in order to avoid any accident premises should be child proof.
7) Please make arrangements of door stopers/ closures.
8) Our kids say that there are no soaps in washroom and also maids do not help and clean them after using the washroom and sometimes the clothes are left unzipped too.
9) Also there must be extra staff accompanying children during transit between different activity rooms/area and class rooms.( We all have seen the CCTV footage where only one teacher was managing so many children outside the classroom which led to an accident few days ago, and where the child had to go through a surgery)
We request you to please look into the matter as this kind of negligence can lead to any accident. We as parents are very much worried and concerned ( especially after the recent incident which has happened in Paschim vihar)
Please do not take it as an escalation or complaint , we have these concerns and want u to take some action.
We hope you will understand our situation and concerns and will look into the matter as soon as possible.

The management at KRM Paschim Vihar is still ignoring our demands while our children remain at risk of neglect. Their silence confirms they do not care about the safety or hygiene of the kids under their roof. Do not let them sweep these reports of staff hostility and poor supervision under the rug.

We totally agree with the point that the maids are not enough. Onlyone maid stand on the stairs which is more risky for our kids as they can fall. Toilets are not well maintained. Hope the administration people will listen to parents needs as they themselves are parents.
After home child spend most of the time in school and we expect like they feel safe in home they should feel the same in school as well. It's the duty of the teacher to protect , guide and make them feel safe. Saddened what has happened with one child in the school. Hope they learn from this incident and avoid such negligence for future

Highly dissatisfied with the poor facilities & arrogant behaviour of administrative staff in school
School claims for two teachers and one maid in every class with 30 students and also many other maids managing children in lobby area and staircase. But the scenario in the school is totally different, the teachers and maids are not bothered about children roaming in lobby and staircase. Safety of children is taken for granted.

I agree to all these points ..School is not focusing on the basic necessities and charge high amount of fees
