The ability of employees to advocate for their needs is always vitally important, and in the middle of a pandemic it is more important than ever. It is UNCONSCIONABLE that a company whose marketing specifically uses "ethical" as a selling point would be this resistant to allowing its workers such a basic right. This is not just some pretty word you get to use to lure in more profit. Especially when you're actively undermining the people who generate that profit for you--your WORKERS.

I love the food, but the anti-union practices are a deal breaker. I am vegan, so I am pro- animal rights -- human rights included. Treat all beings with dignity.
