Federal Labor Law prohibits the actions of the owners of "No Evil Foods." 29 USC 158 (a) specifically prohibits terminating employees because they are unionizing. In fact, everything that has been done by the Company in relation to the union and the employees seems to have been unlawful, immoral, and unethical.
I suggest buying a different brand.

Workers rights are human rights. Human rights are animal rights. Co-opting a noble social cause or three as a shallow marketing ploy doesn't make you my comrade, it makes you an exploitative predator. There are plenty of other brands in the vegan space that actually 'walk the walk'. There's no room in my fridge for fake products from fake companies.

Stop harassing your employees when they try to unionize. Retribution is illegal. Workers have rights and you need to honor the rights of your workers. I'm sick of hearing about your anti-union position and your refusal to fix your broken policies! I won't ever purchase anything from your company until I learn that you're treating your workers better and I'll tell everyone I know to boycott you as well!
