Would highly recommend we follow suit verity Vancouver. Users have to inject on site with a nurse overseeing. Please stop the insanity of giving out bags of needles!

When does children’s safety trump an addict’s right to get high? This is not intolerance or hatred, this is a public safety crisis. The City is mismanaging the whole situation.

Drug users lives are now affecting good tax paying citizens and theirs children. The government needs to start making decisions that are proactive, more money in mental health, job training and homelessness and stop making reactive decisions, safe injections sites and handing out needles.

My question is why the needles are allowed off the distributing premises? Isn’t keeping the drugs and users off the street and somewhere safe while they use the whole point? And it’s not just kids at risk, it is every person and pets also!

I don’t feel safe for myself or my child in this city anymore. It’s not right that I need to worry about taking my child to the park and thinking that by the disregard of others myself or my child may get an irreversible illness. If Lethbridge is like this I no long want to live here unless something is done.

No one needs or deserves the 'freedom' to endanger others! Exchange: hurt only yourself, if you must.

You have my support in cleaning up our city of Lethbridge of these needles and such. This is a huge threat to our community, children and all citizens. This should NOT be tolerated in misdisposing of these needles. What a threat to our city and wellbeing!!!

I have seen hundreds of needles especially down town. I work in the trades and do alote jobs in the down town area. It has got to the point were we can’t even clean up after our selves due to needles all over the ground in alleys and sidewalks. After a car drives over them it just leaves the needle end. Which makes it impossible to see. So much for revitalizing down town.
