Recently the Joel School Nurse Mrs. Crowley was let go by VNA services due to a student custodial miscue at school. The child was located after hours by the administration safe in the nurses office. New procedures have been put in place to ensure this does not happen again. Mrs. Crowley's record as a nurse is impeccable, and as a mother realizes her error was not acceptable. But VNA directors overreacted by firing her, even though the Joel school administration fought to keep her on the job. Please sign our petition letting VNA know we want our school nurse, Mrs. Crowley, reinstated.
