The people of Lubuto Ward deserves a councilor who will represent them, a councilor we know is popular with the people and will make selling of the name of the President and the PF party very easy.

Its for this reason we are asking the Provincial office of the Patriotic Front to review the adoption of the Councilor for Lubuto Ward.

We the resident of Lubuto deserves better representation, Mr. Edward Mwaba Ndalama has worked tirelessly for our party and he deserves to be adopted as he is in touch with the grassroot.

Mr. Ndalama has been informed in the formation and naming of the branches, apart from this he also served as the FIRST YOUTH CHAIRMAN for Lubuto ward in 2002. It was in this same ward that he was also served as the treasurer (youngest with maximum votes) RDC. Also in 2011 in his absentia he was elected as the chairman for the RDC.

Mr. Ndalama worked tirelessly with the people of Lubuto to try and stop the demolition of the public library and his influence and popularity cannot be denied.

Its for this reason and many other reasons that we appeal to your office to review the adoption of the councilors in lubuto.

We the people of Lubuto ward also deserves better representation, please review the adoptions. Thank you.
