It is saddens for the past three months ncreative have not received their stipend. I remember vividly the promise and outline of the program during our stay in camp by Mr Afolabi. Reverse is what we are experiencing now. No beneficiaries has been sent to any studio for more knowledge talkless of establishing a studios for beneficiaries. No stipend payment since January. I urge the management of Npower/Ncreative to please pay up the stipend and keep to their promise.
