I'm sick and tired of SaaS companies trying to deny consumers as much legal recourse for real harms as possible. STOP IT!

Consumers need to contact their Senators, Congress reps and State atty Generals and FCC to fight against forced arbitration. Verizon just transferred telephone, internet, cable tv FIOS service to Frontier Communications who is forcing consumers to give up their right to sue as a condition of using these govt regulated and tax $$ supported services. We have got to fight against this abuse and big companies who have Congress in their pocket.

I won't use drop box services if they think they need arbitration to protect their profits. It means to me that there are enough problems with their product that the only way to be successful is to sell my rights.

I am shocked by DropBoxs sneaky binding arbitration clause, rest assured I will include this information in my blog and I will be closing my Drop Box account and uninstalling their app.

UNCONSTITUATIONAL! The consumer has no choice. This practice is abusive.

We have rights, and we don't have to sacrifice them for the sake of a bottom line.
