It is pretty common these days, but I had never heard if it when I was finally diagnosed in 1999. During the years ofw test after test, I had BEgun to think I was losing/had lost my mind. (and so had some around me) It is a very debilitating disease that affects more women than men and although some say they know a "cause" it is still suspect at this point. There are indicators now in brain scans of FM patients that may BE helpful in diagnosing in the future. The Ribbon color for Fibromyalgia Awareness is purple and for CFS is blue so mayBE we could do a purple with blue undertone OR mayBE a colorshift? Blue to Purple? That would BE awesome!!
