The Corporation for National Service has officially confirmed the program will remain fully funded. We have reached the objective of this campaign and the threat of budget cuts is removed. I will keep monitoring the upcoming fiscal reports to ensure these commitments are honored.

Ridiculous to cut funding for people actually doing the work on the ground during disasters. Who else is gonna help when things go south?
Stop the cuts. We need more people doing service not less.
the work these guys did after katrina was incredible. they need to keep it running!!!
this program does so much for all of us. way better than wasting money on other stuff. please reconsider

My son served in NCCC and it changed his life. Dont take this away from kids who actually want to help others.
