There are probably less than 100 “Houseboats” in slips at Navajo lake marina. It would be great if the Governor would allow us to stay overnight I. Our 2nd homes. We pay over $1000 per month to use these spaces and should be allowed to use and access them 24/7

We just want to stay on our houseboats on the slips we are paying for, not asking to go out on the lake. Simply just want to stay overnight in our 2nd homes.

I think guidance can be put in place to ensure everyone socially distances responsibly while also being able to enjoy our Boats. We are slip holders. Slip holders should be allowed 24/7 access to our own properties.

Do the right thing and allow us to use our personal property or refund us slip fees for the hours we can’t use it.

We pay our slip rent and should have full access to our boats.

This is the time of the year we do need maintenance for the year. This causes unnecessary time, driving and exposure plus limits the amount of work we’re able to do. Water was shut off prematurely last fall cutting our season short. Where do we apply for our refund? Campers are refunded.

Slip owners should have full access. Damages may occur, upkeep must be done, these are second homes to many, still paying without refund or discount.

Bouy holders also need access.

Yes you should be allowed to go to your house boat all time . If you can only go half the time you only get charge half price .

This is our way of staying sane and staying safe. We’re in that demographic that is taking this all very carefully.

Slip holders pay WAY too much on a monthly basis YEAR ROUND to be restricted from their HOMES in any way. My houseboat is my summer home. I can see placing restrictions on people who don’t pay over a thousand dollars a month to have a house on the lake. But why would we continue to pay that much money for a place we can’t use? We are responsible. We social distance when we’re not at the lake. We can do it at our summer homes just the same.

We plan to stay on our Houseboat all the while we are at the Marina. Naturally we would like to be allowed to spend the night since it truly is our retreat, during this stressful time. I believe stress can have an effect . On our bodies Mentally, spiritually and physically. I believe being able to be around water is like a stress reliever. Thank you

I live in Phoenix and need to stay at our boat when in NM to take care of my rentals in Bloomfield.

I’m sure you can stay 6’ away from other boaters especially at night time when most people are sleeping
