The idea of this petition is to help Native Americans. This petition is to do a number of things such as any Native American household and business automatically becomes restricted land. What this means is that only Tribal police can handle the issues that may threaten these household and/or businesses. An example of what this does is that if a Native American household or business has any emergencies then the Tribal police will be notified instead of regular police officials; this protects the rights of the Native American people and protects against discrimination. Another action this petition enforces is the idea that any Native American having legal issues will be aided by the Native American Tribe of that individual. This branches out to anything that individual is being charged with. The injustice of non-Native American officials needs to be stopped. This petition isn't discriminating against non-Native Americans in the slightest. It is only to help protect the rights of Native Americans and their children.
