In accordance to the US Constitution and the UN Convention on Children, a government and/or privately sponsored and funded voluntary program with the express goal and purpose to locate and identify our nation's children from birth to a yet to be determined age but not to exceed 18 years of age or the age of consent.  The embedded microchip (GPS) sensor ID technology can aid in the event a child is reported missing or unreported missing within a reasonable time frame.  The parent and/or guardian will be required to report a missing child within the first few hours and to report the death of a child immediately.
