With the inability to get legal aid, and the almost nonexistent provision for dealing with government Dpt’s, there needs to be a way to fund independent action and restore accountability to all levels of the government.

We the under signed demand that all government employees have a third parties insurance policy that allows people to claim full legal costs, that would be directly paid to a solicitor, any compensation would be awarded to the victim.

This system would need a solicitor to view the evidence then agree to take on each case based solly on its merits, therefor there would not need to be any costs in implementing such a system, it would in fact be zero cost to the tax payers. If the government is correct in saying that less than 1% of employees might be libel under present civil . Criminal law, then the cost to individual government employees would be minimal.

The British people deserve the right to have their rights protected, the inability to bring resolve even criminal matters has gone on long enough, The British people demand that the government and its employees be held responsible for there actions once again.
